Honoring Our Military

We truly believe that thanking and honoring our military is a 365-day a year opportunity. Another idea for an author visit would be to connect with any of these military holidays and observances listed below. But, we also want to encourage teachers that with any day of the year they choose, students will be able to make the connection that every day they wake up in America… they can be grateful for their freedom and motivated to do their best! Our book, “The 1947 Freedom Train” inspires patriotism, respect for all our military heroes and appreciation of our great freedoms that are guaranteed in the original copies of the founding documents that were aboard the historic 1947 Freedom Train.
